Som Tum ส้มตำ

Where ever you find yourself in Thailand or Laos, you will be sure to find Som Tum. Som tum is one of the most desired Thai spicy salads throughout the country. With more than a dozen variation of the dish, the spicy young papaya shaved down mixed with chili's, fresh garlic, tomatoes,carrot, Thai long bean, lime, fish sauce and peanuts, you will eat some and be reaching for more. Adding some Fresh shrimp, ground pork or chicken really makes this more delicious.

Nam Tok Moo เนื้อน้ำตก

Bursting with flavor, this Northeastern Thai salad is one of the most pleasureful dishes on the menu. Fresh pork grill over a small charcoal fire, then tossed in lime juice, fish sauce, toasted rice powder, dried and fresh chili's, shallot, cilantro and fresh mint. The flavor is simple yet so exotic. Beef or chicken can also be used. Remember the spicier the better!

Pad Thai Shrimp ผัดไทยกุ้งสด

Promised among all Thai's to be the most popular and well known dish in Thailand, Pad Thai ranks at the top of the 10 most desired dishes. With several versions of the dish, most commonly found is either chicken or shrimp. Tamarind is the main sauce ingredient along with vinegar and palm sugar melted down an blended together to make a rich but slightly sour taste.

Khao Soi ข้าวซอย

Khao Soi is a Northern Thai and Laos inspired dish. Found in markets throughout Northern Thailand and Laos, this Burmese influenced dish consists of two types of curry carefully mixed together and brought to a boil with fresh coconut milk. With the choice of either chicken or pork, the meat of choice is steamed and then prepared for bit later. Once curry has boiled and become consistent, adding some fresh sliced shallot and sour mustard greens to complete. To finish it all off, the meat is added along with steamed wonton noodles and fried wonton noodles to garnish. Adding some fresh green onions and a bowl of jasmine rice, this is one dish you must try!!!!

Famous among thai people, this poached chicken dish chopped and laid over a portion of steamed jasmine rice infused with ginger,garlic,cilantro and steamed in chicken broth to perfection.
